Let me know if there’s anything I should add change or advice or anything like that. Taste pretty dam amazing though for my first ever try definitely more intimidating than it actually was although I still feel like it’s missing somthing I’m not 100% sure what it is…

1 reaper per pint might explain why you were surprised by milder spice. Still extremely hot for the normals out there. Try putting some pork fat or chicken bouillon in there to make it more savory. Looks great tho, good job!
