habanero plant grown from seed, keeps growing in height but throwing off it’s flowers?

    Usually a sign of stress, could be not enough light, not enough phosphate, too much water, too cold, too many other peppers already growing, lots of reasons. My money is not enough nutrition or light.

    Looking from that plant structure, it’s not getting enough light

    Needs waaay more light. Set up grow lights if you can’t move it into sun.

    Likely Pollination issues. Shake your plant, or run a fan nearby to simulate wind to remedy it. The plants are self pollinating, but will need help to shake the pollen from the male parts to the female parts.

    It looks very leggy. I’d top the plant to make it bush out some more.
