Our neighbor dropped off a bag of mixed peppers they grew in their backyard – but they don’t know what they are, nor do we know what to do with them.
Any ideas? Dry them, roast them, purée them, freeze them? I mean … what even ARE they?

Can always freeze them while you figure out what to do. Hot sauce is an option along with salsa. You can ferment some as well!
