    Do you use the Roma tomatoes fresh and mixed or you toast them?

    I like to imagine it in a molcajete.

    Looks like that salsa you get at a Cantina style Mexican restaurant where you can’t stop eating it and end up too full to finish your dinner. Looks excellent!
