This is my last bunch of the season. I’ve already made a roasted lime cilantro jalapenjo salsa based on a recipe I found here, and I love it.
But this is my first season with chocolate habaneros and I’m a bit perplex about their flavor profile. Any suggestions for something that could make the most of them or should I just roast it all up with some of my tomatoes see what happens?

I used them in a pineapple- mango salsa.
1 pineapple
1 mango 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil (measure with your heart)
1 chocolate habanero
1 sweet pepper, I used a yellow large sweet pepper but I wasn’t sure what it was called
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp cilantro or very large pinch from the bunch
1/8 cup sugar
Tbsp paprika
I think I may have put in a couple Roma tomatoes as well but can’t remember
Cook this on the stove top until it gets a bit bubbly
Then throw it in a blender
I hate sweet salsas. But this is great
