  1. Great video. Love these kind of tamales. We call them uchepos in Michoacan. We’d make them dulce with sugar. So good.

    Los conozco como bollitos, no llevan salsa ni queso porque son dulces. Hay otros tamales de elote que tienen carne adentro los preparan con crema y queso, les hechan salsa roja.

    In Sonora these are tamales de elote. They usually go with queso fresco and chile verde. The absolute best!!

    Oooooo huchepos! My fam is from Guerrero. What’s that tool that helps the kernels come off from the corn called and where did you get from? That’d help shorten the time it takes to get to grinding and cooking!
