Help me identify these peppers I found in my local supermarket and saw this pack of supposed “Carolina Reapers” and noticed they dont look the right shape for any reaper I’ve ever seen. I did some searching and the only peppers I see with this shape are some 7 pot or scorpion. But none of the dozen peppers in the pack have stingers like scorpions or reapers. Could it actually be a yellow reaper? Or something else you think?
I did taste a tiny bit of one and omg it’s definitely HOT like any of the million plus scoville peppers out there!
