I tried dehydration and grinding my crop this year, and it’s going well. We had a crappy summer in Germany so I’ve heated and lit my greenhouse to extend the season. I’m topping up each tub of chilli as they ripen. Kitchen smells amazing but my coffee grinder will never be the same again 😂. What part of Germany? Was pretty nice in the South.
