    Rice on burritos = catsup on steak.

    I would invite you to my house, I would come to yours, I like rice on tacos (Google: tacos acorazados), but I hate rice on burritos, the flour tortilla texture does not go with rice. Period.

    so you may have unintentionally (or intentionally…not sure) made a dish similar to this called chilorio. the main difference is that the pork is cooked, drained and shredded then you pour the chile abd mix it in and cook a bit more so it is a lot drier but also more concentrated chile flavor. burritos de chilorio are absolutely a thing, but the only filling is usually the chilorio
