Just finished my free Breakfast Taco with bacon. I appreciate the free taco, but sadly my usual Taco Bell location struck again with their constant skimping on eggs. I unfolded the taco to add some sour cream and salsa and saw between 1-1.5 tablespoons of eggs in it. Taco Bell’s nutritional info states that the portion of egg in many of their breakfast items is 60 calories. That’s basically one entire egg. When you scramble one entire egg, the yield is considerably more than 1-1.5 tablespoons.
Also happened to see a commercial this morning on Twitch for these Breakfast Tacos. The commercial showed a pile of ingredients being dropped onto the soft taco shell and the amount of eggs, meat and cheese shown was like 4X the reality. That’s how they appear in all the promotional images. Truth in advertising and all that…. 😒

This is the worst Taco Tuesday award in my opinion. I never eat breakfast, let alone breakfast at TB. Just make it $0.50 tacos every Tuesday!
