Green guys are aphids (bad). White guys are corpses of aphids that have been killed and used to hatch eggs of parasitic wasps (good)
Overall it doesn’t look amazing but the fact that there are so many corpses is a good sign that wasps have been doing their thing. When my plants are in this state I will (tediously) hand pinch any live aphid I find and crush as many as I can giving the wasps a chance to outnumber the ‘phids. Can also spray with something like soapy water (second pic looks like u have already done that) but ymmv
Also, I would quarantine any infested plants away from healthy ones. Good luck aphids are super annoying but manageable with some effort !

Go to HD and get a liquid insecticide specifically for vegetable plants. Spay the crap out of underside of leaves. Next day water leaves in morning or dusk. Repeat the next day if still present. Key is not to overwhelm your plants with chemicals. Normally I just use Ortho insecticide powder a couple x’s during the season just to keep bugs in check but you really got it going on!
