Fermenting peppers.

This is my first time trying, I’m assuming this is normal and a small amount of sediment is normal? When pickling, I don’t want to see sediment nearly this fast, but it’s a different process, just want to make sure I’m not botching myself because I won’t really be able to smell test because they are scary hot.

  1. Completely normal to see sediment for a ferment. It’s just dead yeast/bacteria. The cloudiness of the brine is also normal.

As long as it’s a 2% salt solution it should all be good.
