My closest store was awful during the pandemic but they really turned it around since then. In the last month familiar faces are gone and they’re going back to pulling crap like this. They took breakfast tacos off the menu entirely just to avoid giving them away today. They’re not out of anything they were all available on the taco pass list, they just didn’t want to give any away. They probably lost more in sales from people willing to buy one than they saved by not giving any away. Smh…

There’s 20 locations in my area, every time I go online to find a location that serves breakfast, the franchise is lying about it. I’ve only had the deliciousness of TB breakfast by randomly finding it on a road trip.
I love that you guys immediately think its something sinister, like they are trying to mess with YOUR day by not having an item available. It just sounds so ridiculous.
What proof do you have they were specifically removed so they couldnt be ‘given away’?

The breakfast tacos are available at my franchise store, but they didn’t even grill it. This is 2x now. Its free, so I didn’t make a big deal about it. Next week gonna drive 5 miles in the other direction to the other franchise store and see if they will grill it.
I just tried to cash in on the Tuesday drop promo but my location isn’t participating.
Just buy the breakfast quesadilla and turn it upright
Most likely isn’t a franchise owner doing this. We get the option to turn off LTO items at the store level. That, my friend, is just a lazy manager.
