Does anyone know why the chili cheese burrito is barely available nation wide? It’s not like the ingredients are special or anything.

It’s always been a thing in my area, it’s actually pretty good!

The chili cheese burrito is my go to. The price is terrible, but nostalgia screams louder.

I’ve been dying to try one I’m wondering how much it would cost to have someone next day ship me a frozen one

Omg we haven’t had that here since the 90’s and it’s my FAVORITE Taco Bell item.

You’re so fucking lucky . That’s my favorite Taco Bell item and none within hundreds of miles of me have them 🙁

The TB near my house in TX has had these on the menu, despite never having the chili to actually make them 🙁

Tho last time I had one in the TX Panhandle (Dumas?), it wasn’t that good…

To anyone wanting to make these at home they are very easy and you can make a shit load of them for pretty cheap.

The taco bell chili cheese burrito only consists of a chili packet mixed with bunn water then beef added until proper chili consistency. The chili sauce is ladled onto a 10 inch burrito shell and cheese cheese is put on top. The open burrito is then placed into a quick steamer to melt the cheese and then rolled.

You can easily just buy a can of chili from the store, a pack of tortillas, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Jazz it up with onions, sour cream, or add Fritos to make the legendary rare drop Frito Burrito that taco bell used to offer.

  15. Used to be one of my favorite items in the 90’s and I can’t get it in my area anymore unfortunately. So delicious.

aside from the obvious cantina exclusives and this chili burrito are there any other items that have been exclusive to a small select region of taco bells or is this it pretty much? man, if i find out they’re still doing meximelts in Maine or some shit..

Cherish them. I wish I could still get them in my area.

I miss those so much. Easily my favorite TB item of all time.

I wish they carried this in my area. It was my fave as a kid in the 90’s.

    Call before you order it.

I ordered one on the app at a TB that was somewhat a pain in the ass to get to, and when I got there that told me they don’t sell it and haven’t got years.
