It’s Dallas. Let’s let Dallas be Dallas. It’s ok for Mexican food to have variations. Some might not be for you or me, some of it is surely shit. But it’s Mexican Food. The BEST cuisine on the planet. For a lot of people, a greasy plate of enchiladas is as good as it gets. I’d rather eat that than caviar, or these carnitas I had at this place in Zacatecas once. Embrace the breadth of its reach.
