Chill mates. I am sure it is a joke for the XV. The accent he is doing is a bit of a cliché of what an indelicate and uneducated person of CDMX sounds like. I used to call that the “ñero” accent… you find it from time to time in the tough “hoods” of CDMX, but by no means it is real.
