Added Extra Potatoes, Seasoned Fries, Three Cheese Blend, Seasoned Beef. Add-ons were lower at the location I went which was about $0.60 to $0.80 per addon and I made extra sure to remind them to make it in a nacho bell grande bowl. I am satisfied

Just did this myself, but added jalapenos and guac to it as my sides were slightly cheaper. It was amazing.
