    I need to learn how to make more sauces with different chiles. All I know is arbol and Serrano. No idea how to use the rest of the mexi-chiles. This looks bomb as hell

    Do people in Mexico eat dry black beans like that? I thought that was a Guatemala thing.

    The main dish looks very tasty, but I’m not so sure about the “ladrillo de frijol.

    Looks like after I ate that I would need to go to the bathroom relatively quickly. But it definitely works like it would be good.

    That’s a Classic. This dish looks delicious! Great combination for a breakfast, the pasilla sauce gives it a nice kick,… adding some mole Doña María to those refried beans could be a great addition to the dish….

  12. Missing some crema and cheese as well as the tortillas and the table salsa. Then it would be perfect.
