This is supposed to be the Steak and Bacon Grilled Cheese burrito with no modifications, but there was no bacon, the grilled cheese was burnt, rice instead of potatoes, and barely any steak. I tried picking off the burnt cheese, but in the end just threw it away. It was not a good night 😩

It sounds like they just made the standard Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito rather than the Steak and Bacon one. Did you order on the app or at the window or in-store?
Anyway, I’d have eaten it. It’s just a little darker than I personally like, but it still has some color to it so it shouldn’t just have that acrid burnt taste. Regardless, I probably would have asked for them to remake it since it was the wrong item, if I noticed before going home. But I wouldn’t have thrown it out.
