I have been on the hunt for years on how the warm salsa that is sometimes served in restaurants in Texas is made. If anyone has any idea or has worked in a restaurant that has served warm salsa please hook me up!!! Here is a pic for reference.

What restaurant is that? I’ve been to a couple that have warm salsa. So good.
It appears that it’s just watered down and warmed up
