If you choose the $1 drink it rings up for $2.69 at checkout. I was wondering why my cost was so high last time and I finally figured it out. Location was chosen before ordering so it’s not like I was pulling up a different store’s prices. Unrelated but classic combo is $8.29 at my location (the cheapest combo meal). I tried submitting a claim through the app for a refund on the cost different but never heard back.

The Happier Hour discount gets removed at checkout for some reason. It’s a known issue.
It did that to me once but not the following time. Try updating the app

The only time it happened to me was close to the end of happy hour. For some reason it wouldn’t work for me when I chose normal Mountain Dew Zero, but it did when I changed it to Baja Zero ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Trying to get a refund from TB is nearly impossible, even if they don’t have what you paid for. It’s theft, but not much you can do.
What time of day was it when you ordered? No store has a $1 standard drink price, but your comment about a different store’s prices makes it sound like maybe you don’t realize this is a promotional pricing during Happier Hour. It won’t checkout at that price if it’s not between 2pm-5pm. And also there has been a known issue with those particular drinks lately as well.
On a weekly basis I’ll go to my taco bell just for a baja blast and they give me the cup for free. Gotta go inside though

I don’t even know why they have the report feature on the app. Guarantee it just goes into the ether and nobody is on the other end to give a crap.
