Most is basic: * Grilled chicken or steak/*carne asada* * Poblano pepper * Onions * Bacon * You may add Chihuahua cheese, *quesillo*, or your favorite cheese that melts. * Put it on top of a corn tortilla, flour tortilla or *tostada*. * Add salsa, guacamole and lime (of course, all optional) Devour.
