    Definitely an internally-threaded spike top for labret posts. Funny thing is, internally threaded jewelry has lower chances of randomly falling out.

    Thanks everyone for trying to id this thing. Looks like it’s the end of some kind of facial piercing. I emailed Taco Bell so we will see what they say. I also emailed my dr to see if there’s any type of testing I should do given it was in my mouth 🤮
