Is this fully ripen or will it go from bright orange to a darker red?

    I picked mine at that color. Plenty of flavor.. lots of heat

    Not yet, but depending on where you are that might be as ripe as it gets!

    It can get a bit redder still but that’s ripe enough to eat if you can’t wait any longer for any reason

    I rip mine starting then. I do notice a little more sweetness maybe later and they seem to ferment better the riper they are but that’s def ready to top a pizza imho
