It’s hard to be sure, but I have two black pearls and neither have the mottled black of the leaves, despite one being more greeny than black. I’d suggest not black pearl personally.

Black pearl. Black prince is variegated so lots of white on the leaves. I think they both have purple flowers and red peppers at maturity though.
