Hey guys. I won coin drop when they were offering the free cravings boxes but when i go to redeem my reward, it doesn’t let me select a box to add to my cart. I added a photo of the wonky free box reward and the regular coin drop reward (working) for reference. Please let me know what I should do to claim my reward and if anybody else had this issue! TIA

Log in and log out. Worked for me when my coins weren’t showing up
I have a birthday reward for a Baja Blast. I get that or an error message. I tried yesterday and today to order it. I’ve uninstalled and installed the app several times.

I can’t even get the free coin these days. I’ve won each day on my wife’s account and now the past two days the website says I’m not eligible for another coin.
