Looking for any details on what this might be called, if anything. From a restaurant in Brewster Washington. Owner just called it Mexican salad. Served at every table with the chips and salsa. Only place I’ve been that has it, but I’ve heard of it being served at other places. I could eat a bowl of this stuff daily! I would love to know the traditional name of it, if there is one, and if it’s from a certain region.
