personally would’ve left the tortilla on the heat for a little bit more. But they look great. Not everyone enjoys drowning their taco in salsa. And that’s valid

They look good! Could do better if you added a bit more beef, also I’m assuming you strained the salsa? Leave the seeds, otherwise it’ll look like ketchup :s
I would add some cebolla asada, but that’s a personal preference.
