Hi all,
I’m an Australian who made Birria Tacos for the first time yesterday. I have more consomme than meat leftover so I’m wondering what I can use the consomme for?

Serve in cups, put cilantro and lime on it.
Good with tortillas as a breakfast or hangover cure.
– Pack and freeze it in 12oz ziplocks. Bring out and heat up whenever you want something warm & brothy.
– Freeze in ice cube trays to add as a bouillon cube to other dishes.
A friend and I used the leftover consommé as the base liquid for a chili we entered into a cookoff. Kinda became the default way I make chili
Birria ramen noodles.
You can make rojitos, wich its what we called steamed tacos bathed in the broth/consome. Also you can use it as a spicy ramen base. And you can always dunk quesadillas and tacos on it.
I use it instead of warm water when making gorditas out of Maseca.
