

Quick and easy Mexican cheesecake my mother makes for our family carne asadas
Preheat oven at 350
1 cream cheese block
3 eggs
1 12 fl oz can of evaporated milk
Half a can (7 oz) of lechera/ or sweetened condensed milk
A dash of vanilla extract or flavoring
In your blender till smooth consistency
Fill your ready graham cracker pie and throw in oven for 35 min or until the edges are brown and toothpick comes out clean from center
Rest for 1-2 hours uncovered
One of the best easy cheesecakes you guys will have!!
