This recipe is my love letter to all the people who don’t want to make dinner dump and bake vegan stuffed pepper casserole delicious I think casserol can get a bad wrap because we’ve all been traumatized by at least one seemingly illegal Midwestern concoction of mayonnaise and fruit but I have made it

My personal mission to bring them back especially in the dump and bake form all you have to do is bring your liquid ingredients to a boil toss your dry ingredients in a casserole dish mix cover and leave it alone until the rice is perfectly

Cooked see you in an hour so look if you have to make dinner anyways make it something simple and delicious and maybe a little cheesy because when has that ever been disappointing enjoy and follow from my bowl for more

  1. Do you have any substitution ideas for the peppers?? I can’t eat those but this recipe sounds soooo good!!

  2. Calling this a simple recipe seems so out of touch… I’m a huge fan but only someone who has 2+ hours to make a meal will have time for this. By saying it’s a “love letter” to people who don’t want to make dinner you’re implying that it’s simple and easy/minimum effort. We already know you’re YouTuber chef, so reminding us that a 2+ hour recipe is “easy and simple” for YOU is not exactly helpful in this case. I really hope you aren’t offended by me pointing this out, and enjoy Portland! (I’m a native)

  3. “If you have to make dinner anyways” girl if you wanna brag about how grateful you are that you get to film recipes for a living and that you have 3+ hours a day to cook bc it’s your job, then say that. But the whole “humble brag” thing is pretty cringe. Coming from someone who’s watched you for like idk 5+ years
