So I’m waiting for the Tuesday drop I used a free reward then tried to check out and I get an error message, I assume due to an app glitch caused by “the drop” finally just saw screw it and take the reward out of my cart to try and redeem the $1 quesadilla. Still keep getting errors, update the app finally able to check out but now my reward is nowhere to be found so I’m forced to use my remaining one which I just got that expires next month. Call customer service and he says oh yeah I don’t show that you have any rewards available and I explained to him the situation and he says OK I will add a free item to your account so I asked him when thats supposed to show up because I’m not seeing it. Log out log back in it’s still not there log out log back in it’s still not there. I had time I had time to get home eat all of my Taco Bell and take a 💩 before hanging up with him🤬🧐 what should I do?
