This flyer is at my store. Is this even legal? I guess we are not able to refuse service at any time…

    Jesus I do not miss customer service. At all. These days, customers are often pieces of shit and very wrong and know all of that corporate garbage. And they abuse the shit out of it. “I’m ThE cUsToMeR! I Am AlWaYs RiGhT!!!!1”

    “Say yes to the guest all the time” Yeah ok, if they want the employees to get walked all over and the company to lose money. I used to work in fast food and remember how many guest requeste were unreasonable. Also, how many people wanted free and discounted shit all the time. Some ppl just need to hear no.

    I’m grateful for the taco bell I work at. If the customers is wrong as long as we can prove it we can say no and deny service.

    I use to work at a restaurant ( not TB though ) and i hate the customer is always right moto.

    This is how i knew the viral post yesterday about the guy claiming he was banned ” over bad reviews” was full of shit. That guy had to have been a super karen to actually get banned from TB.

    My local TB employees do not give a fuck and are proud of it. It is customer last and that’s that. Even if they fuck up, and they do, good luck getting it fixed let alone an apology!!! 😆

    The LAST model is a really well known customer service model lol but some of y’all’s comments are crazy. I work in guest service and it’s not easy but not every situation needs to be solved with a comp meal. Also I’m a little skeeved that it says “thank the customer for complaining”. It’s not about thanking them for complaining but the follow-up explains it better. You’re thanking them for bringing the situation to your attention and thanking them for visiting. I’ve had my fair share of people screaming at me for things outside of my control but offering a solution to their problem usually gets everything calmed down and then everyone can walk away with a fresh start

    Ive seen similar customer treatment guides like this even 20 years ago, this isnt super new.

    They are basically saying even if someone is scamming a bit like they buy some food and then say they were missing a taco, but really they got that taco and just want a free one, give it to them, keep them happy, keep them eating at your store, they are paying money, an occasional free taco to keep happy thoughts in the customers head and keep them coming back consistently is more important. Its only when you get problem customers that do this repeatedly do you cut them off. Otherwise if someone is being a dick or just wants a free item, its more important to the taco bell brand to keep customers coming back than to save the $1 worth of beans or whatever.

    I don’t care the lying customers can run their pockets dry all they want 

    We have repeat lying customers that come every week

    It’s funny listening to the people here talk. No wonder you need signs like this. You think you’re all right. 95% of the people who come through the drive through just want their food. We eat fast food once a week. It is about 50/50 whether we will get all of what we ordered.

    Do you know how many times they hand me the wrong size fries or drink and I correct them, only to be told that..no you ordered xxx? I know what I ordered and there’s two of us in the car every time talking about how ignorant people are as soon as we drove away. I love getting told what I ordered by some teenager that’s too high to press the right buttons.

    The sad part is you still think you’re right..and then go talk crap like people are just trying to get something for free. Yeah all those people pulling up in 40-50k cars don’t know what they ordered or are trying to steal a $.30 drink upgrade.

    This is why you have to have these signs. You’re too stupid to realize how stupid you are.

    I mean it’s not out of your pocket. If somebody comes by and is like I didn’t get my order right or you guys out sour cream and I found out when I got home is it cool that I get my order remade? I don’t understand the shit even next day and doesn’t have a receipt or online order. Just be like okay sorry about that yes we can have your meal remade. Most people are out here fuckig around for free food. They come back because their order was wrong
