Ummm….
I have had this happen before! For some reason, they like to leave off things that automatically come with the nachos when you add or sub items. It happens so often, I wonder if there is a glitch in their system. And yes, I have gotten them without nacho cheese. They would have had no sauce at all if I hadn’t added spicy jalapeño sauce.

happened to me the other night when i added spicy ranch. they just took off my cheese.
