Review for these sauces

Got this around Christmas and decided to finally review these, on my heat scale (out of 5) bc the scale they used is weird

Chipotle 2/5: This sauce starts off with a little zing and a nice smoky taste and it ends with a slightly sweet peppery note, tastes good on breakfast sandwiches and tacos, Overall rating 7.5/10

Smoky Sriracha 3/5: This sauce starts off with a nice kick and then smoky and then sweet and the spice lingers for a bit, tastes good in stir fry and marinades
Overall rating 8/10

Cayenne 3.5/5: This sauce is nothing too special tastes like normal hot sauce tbh, some garlic flavor in there, nice heat level but lacks any special qualities
Overall rating 6/10

Habanero 4/5: Sauce is immediately hotter than the last 3 with some garlic and onion notes, hint of citrus, good as a fiery addition to food, marinades and sauces
Overall rating 7/10

Ghost pepper extract 4.75/5: Starts off with a smoky taste, reminiscent of diablo sauce from Taco Bell and then the heat kicks in, it is subtle at first but tends to get hot real quick after you eat a bit, mixes real good with sauces and condiments such as mayo, ranch, sour cream, bbq sauce, honey mustard
Overall rating 7/10

Trinidad Scorpion extract 5/5: Starts off like the ghost pepper one but with more heat and a slight citrus note, it gets hot even faster and more intense with more and more, best used when just dropped into something, do not recommend as a sauce
Overall rating 7/10
