Taco Bell is working on a self serve mistake correction feature for the mobile order app. Looks like coupon vouchers when you report a mistake. Only usable once per order and not every instance of a mistake qualifies for a coupon

Half of the complaint posts here have no idea they aren’t serious enough to warrant a refund. This could be a bit messy at first
I have stopped modifying orders (mainly adding extra) because they’re so often missing. This will be interesting to see roll out.
