The ghost pepper is absolutely delicious and is my absolute favorite of the four! It’s smoky with a nice bite and a hint of sweetness. The heat isn’t blow your face off, I’d say medium plus heat. Great balance. I also love that it uses red wine vinegar for that extra bit of flavor. Really superb.
Second favorite is the Jalapeño, really nice balance and not too overt jalapeño flavor with a mild to low medium heat.
Tied for third are both the
Mango habanero is sweet upfront, not a ton of heat. But it is tasty and fruity,
and the Garlic chipotle which is VERY garlic forward. If you love garlic this is totally for you.
Overall the ghost pepper is absolutely worth buying if you like a tasty sauce and can’t seem to find a ghost pepper sauce with balance of pepper, salt, heat, vinegar and taste. And the Jalapeño is absolutely delicious too.
Mango habanero isn’t my favorite flavor in the world but I sometimes jump into it when the mood is right, and the garlic chipotle as well is a “when I’m feeling that day to repel vampires.”🧛♂️
