Story time: I noticed that some of my leaves were discolored as seen below. I was about to ask you, my pepper friends, about it but then did some further searching on my own.

I looked at my labels and saw that all of the discolored leaves were fish peppers. Googled “fish pepper leaves” and the first thing that popped up was an article that mentioned how their naturally mottled leaves are one reason my people grow them as ornamental plants.

Tl;dr: So they look weird, but they’re supposed to.
