(USA) I’m trying to create an inflation calculator that calculates how much menu prices should increase for profits to stay the same as wages increase. To do that accurately, I need the help of employees and whatever data you may have off the top of your head.

I’m hoping I can get info about the number of employees on the floor during busy times and slow times and what that breakdown of employees looks like when it comes to managers and regular employees. Or if there are other types of employees that have different wages that I should also be factoring. If anyone has insight as to what the difference is in wages between these employee types, that would be greatly appreciated.

I’m also looking for any insight on the amount of revenue or sandwiches sold, per hour, shift, or day. The current chart is using some info from comments in the post below.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
