This is ~100g Thai chili, 5-6 carolina reapers, 10 habaneros, 3 chocolate bhutlahs extracted and combined via soxhlet extraction and filtered via Büchner funnel. I originally had over 500 ml of solution and then evaporated it off until I got under 100 ml, currently at about 67 ml. I have no idea how many SHU are in this but I got a drop on my finger that I couldn’t even see and it burned my mouth. Here’s to a great hot sauce!
