Hello, guys, quick question 🙂
I got this pepper plant that is, otherwise, healthy. However, on one of the nodes lower down the stem there seems to be this weird white powder. The leaf that had the most of that powder was limp and outright dead, the rest seemed to be fine. It seems to concentrate on crevices but it's on the main stem, itself, too.
I saw some on my seedlings too, also mainly in the crack between the cotyledons. I pulled those ones out right away. As for the big plant, I pinched off the node and sprayed the stem with neem oil and water mix just incase.
Any info on what this is?

Grown on a southwest facing windowsill, temps around 19°c at night, 26°c day. About 17 hours of sunlight, 4 to 5 of that is indirect. Humidity around 60%. Location: Klaipėda, Lithuania.
