North county customer service strikes again. I ordered on the app. Get there, the entire building is under construction but the app let me select pick up inside anyway.
So I pull up, see that the inside is closed but someone else was parked in the mobile order spot and an employee came out to give him his food. So I was like aight I just need to pull in that spot. So I pulled in, the app said my food was ready, waited 5 minutes and no one came out.
Finally an employee came out but he didn't have any food. He looked like a crack head. I asked him if they were open. Well he must have a long day ruining people's food because he just noped out and didn't even make eye contact.
Finally I was like okay let me check the drive though and even see if this place is open. Pulled up to drive thru they were open, the lady was really nice.
But crack head must have made my food before he noped noped out of there. My "crispy taco" is pictured below. It was literally half of a taco shell, filled half way with chicken.
This food was for my entire family. This is rude and disgusting and not worth my money.
I was be singing this throughout all of social media.
