4 tomatillos; 1 large jalapeño; 1/4 white onion; 2 cloves garlic (all roasted under a broiler). A little handful of cilantro and a splash of water. Blend, then salt until satisfied.
Edit: a tip… let everything cool down for 10-15mins before adding cilantro and blending. It makes for a brighter salsa.

how much water did you add? I hate how my salsa with tomatillos has a thicker gelatinous consistency but I’m afraid of watering down the flavors too much!
