I bought this pepper plant (labeled “poblano”) at a plant sale from a local community garden, but as they grow in I’m questioning the accuracy of the label. I’m not very experienced with them, but I’ve grown poblanos for a few years and if i remember correctly, they usually grow in much darker green and a different shape, even at this size. These were next to fish peppers at the sale, but definitely labeled poblano. Does anyone have any guesses as to whether these are poblanos or not? Is it too early to question the label?
