Everything was going fine, minus the never ending rain with some sun in between. I went to work for a few days straight without checking because I could see out the window the soil was still wet. But I found these tiny little black bastards on my peppers, tomatoes and basil, but not the peppers with mint. I don't know what they are, theyre quite small, ive seen sphids larger. I've never had pests like this so I don't know how to deal with them.
I have since blasted them with water, and I will be making a mint solution to spray on the tomatoes and peppers hoping that may deter them. Is this a bad idea?
Honorable mention to my large mint.
