Smoked, charred salsa oh, and a Boil

Made some salsa and a seafood boil for Labor Day while kids were playing in water.

• 18 Roma
• 9 Jalapeno
• 3 Serrano
• 1 Onion
• 1 Head of Garlic

Smoked for 2 hours then charred before blending. Salt and bullion to taste.
