That is not salsa. It is commonly referred to as Cowboy Caviar. Not Cowboy Salsa. It is very good though. Not salsa.

Looks delicious. I have found when making this dish gently adding in the avacados very last after you have stirred everything together makes it look better. No effect on the flavor whatsoever.
