This Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry with Peppers & Onions is fresh, fast, healthy and seriously easy to make! Add snow peas if you are a fan of them, but it’s delicious without them!
For these pepper shrimp you’ll need…
1 lb medium shrimp
3 small bell peppers
1 red or yellow onion
2 tablespoon butter
3 large clove garlic
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
i teaspoon dry parsley (Optional)
