8 Tomatillo 10 Serrano 2 Green Bell Peppers (De-Vein them) 2 DRIED chipotle 1 Red Onion 1 Garlic Bulb (ALL OF IT, peeled, raw) 1 CUP Sour Cream 1 Bundle of Cilantro (USE THE STEMS, don’t be scared, chop them coarse before blending.) 1 Lime 2TBS Chicken Bouillon 1TSP Salt 1TSP Cumin 1TSP Chipotle Powder
2 Large Avocados, DO NOT BOIL THESE Or the LIME JUICE. Can confirm = sadness.
[BLEND FOR 60 SECONDS, The more air the better]

For the Avocado Green: DO NOT BOIL: the avocado, cilantro, sour cream and lime juice for the best results. I choose not to boil the garlic for personal taste.
I do not boil the spices or boullion either.

left kooksmooth and cooked middle has texture probably the sweet spot right is creamy greem so either fire or weird deoends how heavy the cilantro went id crush the middle one first
