What to do with too many pickled habaneros?


I recently used this recipe with habaneros: [https://gimmedelicious.com/quick-10-minute-pickled-jalapenos/](https://gimmedelicious.com/quick-10-minute-pickled-jalapenos/) after our grocery delivery contained 2 lbs of habaneros instead of the jalapenos I ordered. While I do love spicy food and they aren’t exactly too hot, the flavor of habaneros plain isn’t my favorite and I have enough that I’ll never go through them all in a reasonable amount of time.

I was thinking I might be able to dice them and make some sort of relish, but I’m afraid I’ll have to make way too much in order to tame the heat such that anyone else in my house will touch it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

FWIW, I know jalapenos are considered pretty mild around here, but I love the flavor and that recipe is unbelievably good for how easy it is.
